Noni has numerous clients and also teaches boot camps in various gym locations. She loves assisting clients in achieving fitness goals and is hyper-focused on helping prevent injuries. She will be a great resource for boot campers seeking modifications, especially relating to old and current injuries. Rachel Baker

Trainer

I have been a personal trainer for seven years and instructor at HIT Boot Camp for 9 years and it’s here I combine my love of teaching with my love of health and fitness. Starting out as classroom teacher for 17 years, with a background in dyslexics and other learning differences, I then moved to private tutoring. Growing up I was a competitive gymnast, and rehab after my first ACL in high school introduced me to the weight room. Five ACL’s and 22 years later I gave bodybuilding a try and now I am a 2x IFPA World Figure Champion and professional IFBB women’s physique competitor. In 2015 I competed in the Olympia in Las Vegas; an accomplishment beyond my wildest dreams. I consider myself testament to the notion that Rome wasn’t built in a day, and I respect clients who show up and work because each day another brick is laid.

Carole Cory

Trainer

I emerged on the scene circa 1970 in New Hampshire and after a brief stint there followed by another in Virginia my parents landed us back in Maryland where they met. I’ve been in MD ever since. For most of those years, they were in Montgomery County where I raised my two kids, Cory and Brad, now 30 and 29 respectively. I worked for 26 plus years on Capitol Hill specifically the U.S. Senate where I had the good fortune to work for two of the most dedicated public servants the institution has known, the late, great Paul Wellstone from Minnesota, and Patty Murray from Washington. In 2011, I moved to Charm City and tried HIT Boot Camp on a Groupon. I was hooked from the get go. I liked it so much I got my personal training certification through NASM and started training on the side initially thinking I might like to own and run a HIT Boot Camp myself. Another calling spoke to me, however, and I went back to school to get a degree in applied science and training in massage therapy. In 2016, I retired from the Senate, started my second career as a licensed massage therapist opening my own business, Bmore Skybound Massage. I love my work and enjoy my Tuesdays “off” running classes at HIT with the community of folks that have become my family here in Baltimore.
